How to manage Order Reporting and subscribe to the Order in Progress report using the Verifile client portal

This article shows you how to efficiently manage your orders via the Verifile client portal.


It also explains how to subscribe to Verifile's 'Order in Progress' report.

Please note: You can select any image to zoom in.


The ‘Review your orders’ option within the toolbar gives you many options for viewing screening reports based on specific order statuses.


For example, move the order status to ‘Awaiting candidate entry’ to show all those orders for which the candidate needs to complete via the online background screening form.


Move the order status to ‘Information required’ to show all those orders for which further information is required to finish the background checks.

You can also subscribe to an emailed excel report showing the status of all orders in progress by choosing this option under ‘My details’ and then ‘Email preferences’.


Additionally, choose which days of the week you would like to receive this report or request the system to send a report instantly by clicking ‘Send the report by email to…’.

You may also find some reports under the ‘Management report’ option on the toolbar useful.


For example, the ‘Group summary’ report shows all checks ordered under your account and their current statuses.
