Booking a demonstration or screen share via Calendly
- Confirm your request is suitable for a Calendly booking (see below).
- Select a suitable date and time using the booking link:
- Choose the appropriate meeting type, such as:
- System demonstration
- DBS call
- AccessNI call
- Screen sharing session for troubleshooting
- General calls where a phone line is not available
- Complete the booking form and confirm your appointment.
Important:
- This booking link should only be used for the purposes listed above.
Arrange refresher training on the Verifile client portal
- Identify whether you require refresher training or a full system demonstration.
- Use the Calendly booking link to arrange a suitable session:
- Select an available date and time.
- Provide any relevant details or questions ahead of your session.
- Join the session at the scheduled time to receive guidance and ask questions.
Accessing the client Live Chat (Webchat)
- Log in to your Verifile client portal account.
- Ensure pop-ups are enabled on your browser.
- Locate the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
- Click Chat to open the chat window.
- Select Client Support to begin.
- Answer the initial questions to help direct your query.
Additional Information:
- Live chat is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
- The service is accessible while you work within the portal.
- You can also access chat via the Client Knowledge Base (availability shown in the chat window).
Live Chat is available on the right, and you can self-serve via our Client Support Portal.
