Booking a demonstration or screen share via Calendly

  1. Confirm your request is suitable for a Calendly booking (see below).
  2. Select a suitable date and time using the booking link:
  3. Choose the appropriate meeting type, such as:
    • System demonstration
    • DBS call
    • AccessNI call
    • Screen sharing session for troubleshooting
    • General calls where a phone line is not available
  4. Complete the booking form and confirm your appointment.

  • This booking link should only be used for the purposes listed above.


Arrange refresher training on the Verifile client portal

  1. Identify whether you require refresher training or a full system demonstration.
  2. Use the Calendly booking link to arrange a suitable session:
  3. Select an available date and time.
  4. Provide any relevant details or questions ahead of your session.
  5. Join the session at the scheduled time to receive guidance and ask questions.


Accessing the client Live Chat (Webchat)

  1. Log in to your Verifile client portal account.
  2. Ensure pop-ups are enabled on your browser.
  3. Locate the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  4. Click Chat to open the chat window.
  5. Select Client Support to begin.
  6. Answer the initial questions to help direct your query.


Additional Information:
  • Live chat is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
  • The service is accessible while you work within the portal.
  • You can also access chat via the Client Knowledge Base (availability shown in the chat window).
