Adding or Removing Users from your Client Account

Add a User

1. Ensure you are a registered user on the Verifile client portal.
2. Gather the required user details.
3. Use the “Add a new user to client account” template, or copy the template below.
4. Email your request from your work email address to Customer Success Team.

Can you please add a user from our client account?

Thank you,

Alternatively, you can download the following attachment and then open it. Your mail app will open with the template ready to send. Add a user email template.

Removing a User

1. Ensure you are a registered user on the Verifile client portal.
2. Confirm which user will take over any existing orders.
3. Use the “Remove a user from client account” template, or copy the template below.
4. Email your request from your work email address to Customer Success Team.
