How can I access another user's orders?

How to access the orders placed by another user who might be on annual leave.

To access orders placed on the system by another user, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Log in to the Verifile client portal using your login details.

    2. Select Review Orders.

    3. All orders placed by any users on this account will show in the table on this page.

    4. Search for the candidate using their name or VF number.

    5. Once located, clicking the VF number will take you to the candidate's order page.
