  1. You'll need to log in to the Verifile client portal with your registered user details (username and password).

  2. Once logged into your Verifile account, there is a tab along the bar at the top of the screen called Review Orders. Select this.
     Review Orders
  3. When you have selected the Review Orders tab, you will see a list of applications. You will either see here the candidate’s application you want to view, without having to enter any information, or you will need to enter the candidate’s order number.
     Select a candidate list view
  4. If you cannot view a candidate’s order without entering information, enter the candidate’s order number (VF number) where the portal says Order number: Then, press Search on the right-hand side.

  5. After pressing the Search button, click on the candidate’s name (underneath the column named Candidate name) as this is a clickable link which will take you to the candidate’s personal details.
  6. You're now taken to that page where you can view information such as the candidate’s name, address history, driving licence details, and passport information.

You've successfully locates a candidate’s personal information such as their name, address history, driving licence details and passport information.

This'll be useful when needing to update/amend or check over the information a candidate has submitted on their Verifile online form (such as providing correct information for a DBS check).

For future reference, if you're calling in to speak to a member of our Client Team to update or amend a candidate’s personal information, you should have this page open to refresh and confirm all is correct once we make changes.

This also applies when you have emailed us requesting to update or amend a candidate’s details. You can check the information is updated or amended after following the above steps.
