[INT CFO] Can we change the DBS to a paper certificate?

SUMMARY:

Knowledge around changing DBS Certificate delivery.


REQUIREMENTS:

N/A.


PROCESS & INFORMATION:

If a candidate is requesting for a paper certificate to be issued on completion, rather than a digital copy, they would need to select this option before the application is submitted to the DBS. By this we mean completing the screening form for that check.

However, if the candidate has declined this option and wishes to change it at a later stage, the candidate would need to get in touch with the DBS directly and request a re-print of the certificate. 

Verifile cannot amend the option once the DBS application is completed.


OUTCOME:

Being able to identify whether we can update the portal with a request of a certificate or if we direct the candidate to the DBS.
