This article confirms whether you can choose to request your candidate's DBS certificate be sent to your business address.

When filling in the background screening form to complete a DBS application, candidates are given the option of whether they would like to receive a paper copy of their DBS certificate.

Note: This is only an option for 'Basic' applications (Criminal record check (Basic DBS, England & Wales).

However, if you wish to receive paper copies of your candidate's certificates to your business address, then a registered user on your Verifile company account will need to contact your Verifile Account Manager.

If you have placed an order for a Criminal record check (Standard DBS, England & Wales) or Criminal record check (Enhanced DBS, England & Wales), candidates will not be given the option to select if they wish to receive a paper certificate, as paper certificates will automatically be sent to their current home address.
