How can I request a DBS certificate by post?

For a DBS certificate to be sent to the candidate's current address, the candidate must opt for this at the time of submitting their online forms on the Verifile candidate portal.

If the candidate does not recieve a certificate at their current address within 14 days after completion, a reprint can then be requested.
