How can I change our company name?

If your organisation has recently changed its registered name, our Customer Success Team can help you update your Verifile account to reflect this change.


Requesting a Company Name Change


To request a name update:

  1. An active user on your Verifile account should email your Customer Success Manager (CSM) directly.

  2. If you're unsure who your CSM is, contact our team at success@verifile.co.uk.


Please include the following in your email:

  • Current account name

  • New registered company name
