RESULTS
Once you have received an email notification to advise you that the final report is ready, you should log in to the Verifile client portal and collect the report.
You can subscribe to an option to have the report attached as a pdf document if preferred.
By selecting this option, going forward, notifications that a report is ready will also attach a PDF copy of the report, saving you the trouble of logging in to download it.
- Click Review Orders on the top toolbar.
- You will see your most recent orders displayed or you can use the search facility to find your order.
- Click on the Order number.
- Click on ‘View final report’ at the top left of this page.
- All supporting documents can be found at the bottom of this page and can be downloaded in one click via the ‘Download All’ button underneath the attachments list.
NOTIFICATIONS
We have set up your account with standard email notification options.
You can adjust these notification options by choosing ‘My Details’ on the Verifile client portal tool bar and then ‘Emails preferences’.
Untick/uncheck those notifications you no longer wish to receive and tick/check those that you wish to start receiving.
