Once the final report has been issued, you should receive a copy of the report by email.

To view the report and assess the information for your candidate, please follow the steps below:

    1. In the email, please open the report attachment

    2. The first page will contain basic information, such as the Candidate reference number, Candidate name, Client name, and the Issue Date.

    3. On the next page you will find an overview of the checks that were requested, their current statuses and the Traffic Light that was assigned for each check (e.g. Green, Amber, Red, etc.)

4. If you scroll down the subsequent pages, you will find more detailed information about each of the checks in turn. The 'Check Status' will display the current status and Traffic Light colour.

Check Status

For example:

The Additional Information section may include additional notes about what led us to apply the Traffic Light colour that we have as well as other information we want to make you aware of.

Please note that an Amber or Red result is not necessarily a negative result for all checks, so the notes can add additional context.

Marking something as Amber or Red means we want to draw your attention to something we have found.

You may want to use this as an opportunity to prompt further discussion with the candidate to gain further insight into the results provided.
