Using the Teamtailor integration, you can place orders for packages (candidate entry) from inside Teamtailor.
You can track order progress and access the final report URL link too.
1. Placing orders
You can place candidate entry orders for packages via Teamtailor. Cifas checks are not supported, so any orders that include Cifas checks will need to be placed using our customer portal.
Orders can be placed in two ways:
a) Via a trigger that is added to a stage in the recruitment process. Teamtailor has multiple customisable stages in the recruitment process. The inbox and hired stages are always fixed. Hired is the last stage.
b) Via the “Add integrations" option on each candidate profile. Select Verifile.
You will select a package and provide other mandatory information before clicking “Place Order”.
The CV/resume can be pulled into the Verifile system if you provide us with an optional read admin API key.
Orders are placed in real time.
2. Checking progress
You can see a real-time high-level status update for each order on both the client portal and Teamtailor.
The Verifile order statuses are mapped to Teamtailor statuses as per –
Verifile status | Teamtailor status |
Awaiting candidate entry | Sent |
Application | Pending |
Information required | Pending |
Processing | Pending |
Quality checking | Pending |
Completed | Completed |
Cancelled | Failed |
There is a URL link for the Verifile interim report. You must have a Verifile user account to access the interim report.
3. Final report
When the order is completed, the Verifile final report can be retrieved instead of the interim report.
Customer integration set up
The integration is built and maintained by Verifile, and is a free service to our clients.
You'll need to enable the Verifile integration in your Teamtailor portal and sign up for a developer (APIM) account
To sign up for the APIM account, click on the following link: Sign up - Verifile API Developer Portal. We can do this on your behalf if you prefer.
To enable the integration in the Teamtailor portal, you need to click Settings and Integrations and find Verifile in the list.
You'll need to enable the integration and send the integration key to our Customer Service Team requesting Teamtailor integration set up.
If you want Verifile to pull your candidates' CVs / resumes into the Verifile system, you'll need to provide us with an optional admin API key. For guidance, please https://app.teamtailor.com/app/settings/integrations/api_keys
The key needs to be set as “Admin Read.”
