How to upgrade your order service type from Standard to Enhanced

Please note there are two (2) service types we offer; Standard and Enhanced.

What is a Standard Service Type?
Standard refers to Verifile only communicating with the client for any additional information needed or outstanding.

This refers to any email or telephone conversation. We will not contact the candidate, nor will we provide the candidate with detailed information on their order if they were to call.

Please note: That we can assist the candidates with pre-submission queries. Once they submit the background screening form, if the service level type is 'Standard' then all communication is with the client, and we cannot provide any updates to the candidate regarding their checks.

When a candidate requests an update, we will refer them back to the client, who will then either advise them or contact us for an update.

What is an Enhanced Service Type?
With an Enhanced Service type, we will primarily contact the candidate for any further information that is needed via email and telephone. If a candidate calls us for information, we will assist them to the best of our ability to help guide them with having a smooth experience.

The benefit to the client is that we will handle all matters in our remit to assist the candidate, saving time for the client needing to deal with the matter or contact us for information.

Please note: That we can also speak to the client on the candidate's behalf, if required. There may be certain circumstances where the candidate needs help from the client.

How can I upgrade from Standard to Enhanced?

As the client, speak to our team via Live Chat or give the Client Services Team a call on +44 (0) 1234 339 350 or email service@verifile.co.uk to tell us you'd like to have your order upgraded from standard to an enhanced service.

Note: This can be upgraded at any time once the order is placed.

Also, once this is done, an additional charge will apply to the order for the service upgrade. The team will happily discuss these costs with you.
