This article advises which documents are requested from the candidate for the USA Criminal Court Search.

For candidates who have an address history in the State of Georgia. Complete the 'Name-Based Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) Consent/Inquiry Form'. 

This document will be sent to either the client or candidate depending on the order service type (standard/enhanced).

• Place an order on the system for the candidate.
• When the order is placed, and if the order is candidate entry (entered by the candidate), then the candidate will need to fill in their information and submit.
• Once the candidate has submitted, Verifile then checks the information. The information that we check is to confirm the candidate has provided:

- Their full name (middle, maiden and alias names) 

- Date of birth

- Job location

- Current address and 7 years of address history

- USA social security number

Once this has been provided, the check will begin. If the information has not been provided we will request it from either the client or the candidate depending on the service type of the order, (standard/enhanced).

Once all information has been provided and the check is in progress, the average turnaround time is between 2-8 working days.

When the check has been completed a traffic light status will be allocated.
