How To Use The Knowledge Base?

SUMMARY:

This article is to help assist you as the client with self-serving on how to access and review the knowledge base to quickly find answers to their queries. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Access to the Verifile Client Portal..

A Web Browser.

A Verifile Login.

 

PROCESS & INFORMATION:

Verifile has launched a brand-new knowledge base system, where the clients and candidates can access to find quick and easy answers to their questions. Verifile are dedicated to enhancing and expanding this knowledge base, so all queries have answers and solutions.  

 

To access the knowledge base, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Verifile portal with their client account details.

2. Click on ‘Knowledge Base’ on the Verifile Client Portal

3. You will see this page as shown below, what the Knowledge Base webpage looks like once loaded:

4. To find the answer to your queries or if you need further information on process and checks. Click the text box which states "Please Enter a brief Search term". Here for example, I will type "How to sign the authority form".

Please Note:  You will be able to search simple terms, for instance "Authority Form", "Billing" etc.. Where you will see a list of articles that will appear to select from.

 

4. Once you hit ‘enter’ on your keyboard or the search button  A white rectangular object with a red border

5. After seeing the options, select the article that is relevant to your query or that you require further information on. The article should explain the subject you have searched and provide further reading and resources to assist. In the end, you will receive the answer to your questions. 

 

If you have any further questions or there are no articles on your query. Then please contact us on +44 (0) 1234 339 300 (Monday to Friday: 8.30 to 17.30 UK time)  or email at service@verifile.co.uk to advise, so we can expand our database. We are constantly updating the knowledge base articles to help assist you and the candidates better, so any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

To know how to use the knowledge base and find the answers to your questions or further information on specific checks and processes.
