How do I amend an order?

To amend orders, note that this can only be actioned by a member of the Client Services Team here at Verifile.


Whether it's to cancel individual checks, add extra checks or make changes to the candidate's account details, e.g., driving license number, name etc., you will need to call or contact us via email or live chat.

  • Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30


 

Do note, however, as the client, you can fully cancel an order if you wish to create a new order, or if it's a single check that was created and you no longer wish to proceed.
