This article will allow you to assist your candidate with issues that may arise when adding their email address to the candidate portal.
In order to chase for references or further information as required, we will need to ensure the candidate's email address is correct on their account.
Please see below instructions on how to assist your candidate if they state they cannot input their email address in the require field on the background screening form or has encounter an error:
Please check:
- if there are spaces added at the front or the end of the email address your candidate has provided. (If yes, please remove the spaces)
- the spelling of the email address
- if the email domain is correct (the part after the @)
- if the email address is still valid
- the email address is structured correctly with a '@' symbol
