Billing schedule:

We issue invoices every calendar month, for the period from the first calendar day to the last calendar day of the month. Invoices include orders placed in that month. We invoice candidate entry orders when the candidate submits the online screening form, and not before. We may therefore invoice candidate entry orders in a subsequent month to which the order was placed.

We usually issue invoices during the 3rd or 4th week of the subsequent month. So, a July invoice will be issued in the 3rd or 4th week of August. Invoices are sent by email.

Payment terms:

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of issue. You may receive an invoice which includes reports not yet completed; the invoice should still be paid within the standard 30-day period. Further charges for those reports may appear on subsequent invoices.

Late payment may incur interest charges. Invoices are issued in GBP and must be paid in GBP. Any charges associated with international banks transfers must be incurred by the organisation paying the invoice.

You can make payments via credit card on the PayPal platform or via a PayPal account. This is with prior agreement from Verifile and Paypal’s current surcharge will be added to your invoice to cover processing fees.
