Can I change my email address for the client portal?

If the email address on your Verifile account is incorrect, or it has recently changed, our Client Services team can action a change request.

  • Please speak to one of our Live Chat specialists using the Chat button (below right). If the button isn't there, it's outside of our operating hours,

    or,


  • Call the team on +44 (0) 1234 339 300, Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5.30pm. 


  • Confirm your identity with a member of the team by answering a few security questions.


  • Let us know about the amendment you'd like to make.


  • Alternatively, please ask a Registered/Active user of your account to email the Client Services Team at [email protected] and request the amendment.


  • In the email, please state the name and current email address on the system of the person who requires the amendment, as well as the amended email address.


If any further details are required, we'll be in touch. 

Once we complete the amendment, you'll receive temporary login details to the new/updated email address.

Please make sure you log in for the first time as soon as possible and immediately update your password to one of your choice.
