I forgot my password

Note: Some users may not see the password box or Forgot password link. This is because they use a Single Sign On method of entry and a password is not needed.

 


Access the Verifile website to reset your client portal password.



    1. At the top right of the Verifile main page, you’ll find a Login button. Select it.

    2. Use the Forgot Password? link to change your password.

    3. Follow the instructions on the next screen by providing your Username and E-mail address.

    4. Select Proceed to continue and Verifile will send you further instructions via email. Please, follow those instructions.

 

Please enter the email address you used to access the client portal.

 

Please note: Should you need to, copy and paste your new password into the password field, ensure that no spaces have been copied as this may produce an error.
