We can resend any login details to any registered user in our system.
If you cannot log in and are trying to reset your password, you can either request a new password, which is suggested when attempting to log in.
- Access the Verifile website via https://www.verifile.co.uk.
- Select Login (Top Right).
- Select Forgot Password.
- Please enter your Username and E-mail address. We'll send further instructions for resetting your password to your e-mail address.
- Follow the instructions in the email we've sent you to gain access to your account.

Please note: If you have Single Sign-On (SSO) set up then you would need to log in with email you used to set it up and the system will automatically log you in.
