Can you reissue the Final Report?

Once the candidate's order has been processed on our end the final report will be issued to the contact email agreed with the account manager and set up on the account.

We cannot resend the final report. However, if you cannot locate the final report, you can access a copy on the client portal for the specific candidate. 

    1. Log into the Verifile client portal. 

    2. Navigate to the 'Review Orders' section.

    3. Search for your candidate using their Name or Order Number (begins with VF).

    4. Click on the VF number to open the order. 

    5. At the top of the order, you will see it says View Final Report. If you click this, it will open in a new tab, where you can save this to a PDF.
