Once an order is placed, the candidate will receive their log in details via email.
The system will send reminder emails to them every seven days until they submit the form or the submission date arrives, at which point the reminders will stop.

Once the candidate submits their details, and if the order is placed as a "Standard Service Order" then we would not contact the candidate for any missing information.
This would be requested from yourselves, unless a SAR (Subject Access Request) check is in place.
If the order is placed as "Enhanced Service", then the candidate will receive a courtesy call after 2 working days of the check being placed, unless selected as not required.
This is done when the account has been set up after you join Verifile.
The check will then progress, and we will only contact the candidate if there is missing information.
Since the Verifile client portal is a live system, we reach out to the candidate to get missing information to complete the checks, as it becomes apparent. This can occur at any stage of the order being completed.
For missing information, we will reach out up to 3 times to request this by call and email.
There is a 3 working day period between each contact we make with the candidate.
