To chase references or gather additional information, the candidate’s email address must be entered correctly into their account. Below are some checks you can make if a candidate is unable to input their email address correctly.


Steps to Troubleshoot the Error

Please check the following:

  • Spaces: Are there any extra spaces before or after the email address? If so, remove them.

  • Spelling: Confirm the email address is spelt correctly.

  • Domain: Ensure the email domain (after the “@” symbol) is valid.

  • Validity: Confirm the email address is still in use.

  • Structure: Verify that the email includes an “@” symbol and follows the correct format.
