How to Change Your Email Address for the Client Portal
Option 1: Contact Us Directly
Use Live Chat by clicking the Chat button (bottom right of this page).

Let us know:
The email address you'd like to change
The new email address you'd like it updated to
Option 2: Request via a Registered User
If you’re unable to contact us directly, another Registered or Active user on your account can make the request for you.
They should email Client Services at: service@verifile.co.uk
Please include the following in the email:
The full name and current email address of the user needing the change
The new email address to be applied
What Happens Next
Once the update is processed:
You’ll receive temporary login details at the new email address
You’ll need to log in and immediately update your password
Note: Please ensure you copy and paste any temporary passwords without trailing spaces, as this can cause login errors.
