This article is designed to assist you in helping the candidate reset their password. The article they can follow is found here: How to reset your portal password.
1. Open the candidate portal link https://candidateportal.verifile.co.uk.
2. Enter the email address in the field above.
3. Click Continue with email.
4. On the next page, click Forgot your password?

5. Enter the email address in the field and click Send verification code.

If they've lost access to their email address, they will need to contact the Candidate Team for support. They can use the Chat option at the bottom of the Reset Password page within our support hours, or call them directly on +44 (0) 1234 339 3506. Check the email inbox for the Verification Code sent. Enter this into the field below and click 'Verify code'.

7. Enter a new password, observing the instructions in the green box.

8. Click Continue to proceed.

Congratulations, they've successfully reset their password.
