How can I help candidates to reset their portal password?

This article will assist with issues that might arise when adding an email address to the candidate portal.


Note: Some users may not see the password box or Forgot password link. This is because they use a Single Sign On method of entry and a password is not needed.

 

1. Access the Verifile website via https://www.verifile.co.uk.


2. Select Login (Top Right).

3. Select Forgot Password.


4. Please enter your Username and E-mail address. We will send further instructions for resetting your password to your e-mail address.

5. Follow the instructions in the email we have sent you to gain access to your account.
