If one of your candidates experiences difficulties with the candidate form, specifically with finding a non-U.K. address, please note that all international addresses can be entered manually by following the below steps.

  • Confirm that the candidate selected the correct country relative to the address.

Country

  • Request that they enter the postcode relative to their address in the relevant field, and click Search.
  • Confirm that the 'Please select one from below' drop down menu has appeared below the postcode field, containing multiple addresses relative to the postcode.

Search address

  • If their address does not appear in the drop down menu, the candidate should select a random address.
  • Confirm that a button to Edit Address has appeared below the drop down menu.

 Edit Address

.

  • Request that the candidate select Edit Address. All the fields relative to that address will become editable.

Manual Address Entry

  • The candidate can then complete all relevant fields. Ask them to Save once completed.

If your candidate is entering an address in Germany, please search for the street name and number if the system is unable to locate the address via the postcode. This should locate the address for you.

If you are still unable to locate the address for Germany checks, you will be unable to select the edit address option so please email us and our IT department can get this added.
