Before the candidate submitted the online screening form & no work was done | No charge | £0 |
After the candidate submitted the form, OR after a courtesy call was made, but before substantial work | Fixed £20.00 OR full cost for Digital Check only (depending on scenario) | £20 or full cost |
After Verifile has initiated the screening process (research, emails, notifications) | Full cost of the order | Full cost |
Note: Orders placed by email or automatically on your behalf follow the same logic.
