DBS Barred List Update

Modified on Thu, 12 Sep at 12:55 PM

[CF]

Verifile has added searched Barred List information to interim and final reports.

What is a barred list?

Barred lists are databases that contain details of individuals that have been banned from working with children or vulnerable adults due to past behaviour or offences.

What did we do?

Addition of searched barred lists to extranet and interim/final reports for Standard & Enhanced DBS checks.

Why are we changing it?

Clients needed a logical record of what type of check has been completed for their candidates.

Clients, when checking orders and reports will now be able to see which barred list checks we have performed, both within the UK Criminal Record (Enhanced, England & Wales) check and the final report.

Examples of placement below.
