Once you've placed an order, you may wish to review information or check what is still outstanding.
To do this, follow the steps below.
Log in to the Verifile Client Portal.
- Select the "Review Order" option at the top of the page.
- Search for the candidate's name or the Order Number (VFXXXXXXX) and then select the Order Number once located.
Once on the main order page, you'll see the checks placed on the left and the Statuses or Traffic Lights on the right.
- Select the name of the check you wish to view on the left-hand side (Check Type) and then you'll see the order page for that one check.
- From here you can see the page progress and halfway down under "Check Notes" you'll see any notes from our team stating the work is completed and any updates on the order.
- If the check is completed with an amber or red traffic light, you can view these updates and also view the "Additional Information" at the bottom of the page, which will highlight why this traffic light was allocated.
Viewing Candidate information submitted on screening form:
To view the information that the candidate submitted on their background screening form:
- Select the "Review Order" option at the top of the page.
- Search for the candidate's name or the Order Number (VFXXXXXXX) and then select the Order Number once located.
- Then instead of selecting the order number to open in a new tab, select the candidates name.
- You'll then be able to see all information that candidate submitted on their background screening form, from full legal name, any previous names, address history.
This information is good to view before confirming a candidates ID for the UK criminal record check.
If you notice that when confirming ID that any information needs updating, you can contact us to have this amended.
