How to monitor the progress of an urgent order.


  • Log in to the Verifile client portal with your unique username and password.
  • Navigate to the Review Orders tab on the toolbar.

Review Orders


  • Locate the relevant Order by searching for the Candidate's Name or VF Reference number via the Search Engine.

  • Click on the order number, e.g., VF123456 to view the order.

  • The portal then presents you with an overview of the requested checks and their current status:


Check Type


To view further information on each check, you can click on the Check Type 'name' (e.g., 'Academic Qualification (UK)') where you will find the latest notes from the team:

  • For an Estimated Turnaround Time for each check, please visit Verifile - Services for more information.  
  • Should you have an urgent question or require a further update on an order, please call the Client Front Office team on 01234 339350.
  • Alternatively, you can email service@verifile.co.uk with your query and a member of the team will assist as quickly as possible.
