How do I log in to the client portal?

Once our team has set you up as a user under your account, you will receive a welcome email with your login details.

1. Visit https://www.verifile.co.uk

2. Select Login at the top right of the webpage.

3. Copy and paste the login credentials directly from that email.

Please, make sure there are no spaces on either side of the username or password.

The system will then prompt you to change your password to something more memorable.
