How can I place a package order?

What is a package order?

If you need to place an order that includes the same group of checks multiple times, Verifile can create a package for you.

A package is a bespoke group of checks that can be selected on the system while placing an order, as opposed to selecting individual checks.

This makes it easier for you to place an order.

After selecting the package, you can also choose to add more checks to your selection. 

Packages must be agreed upon with our Customer Success Team (success@verifile.co.uk or speak to your Account Manager), and will be created on the system before you can use them.

Steps

1. Log in to the Verifile client portal.

2. Click Place order (Candidate Entry) on the toolbar.

Please note that placing an order via Place Order will not allow you to select packages.

3. Enter the relevant details for the client account and the candidate. At a minimum, the client should enter the details marked with a (*).

4. Click Next.

5. The packages available will be at the top of the page. These are packages that Verifile has already created for that account. Select the relevant package and click Next to proceed to Step 3. 

Please note that if the package includes a UK Criminal Record (Standard, England & Wales) or UK Criminal Record (Enhanced, England & Wales) check, the system will require that you select a Job Role before you can proceed to Step 3.

6. Step 3 page will appear.

7. Please upload any relevant documents for the checks. If you do not have the documents at hand, or are not sure what documents are required, please tick the box for I will provide the forms and supporting documents at a later stage. 

The Verifile team will review the checks after you have placed the order and let you know which documents are required.

     8. Ensure that all the information provided is correct before placing the order.

9. Click on Finish and Submit to place the order on the system. 

Note: Placing an order via Place Order will not allow you to select packages.
