How to select a Job Role while placing an order / Errors found: you must select a job role

How the client can select a Job Role for their candidate when placing an order that includes a UK Criminal Record (Standard / Enhanced, England & Wales) order.

When placing an order on the system that includes a UK Criminal Record (Standard / Enhanced, England & Wales) check, and if the client does not select a Job Role on the same page, they will get the following error message:

1. In order to resolve the error, scroll down to the UK Criminal Record check you have selected (either manually or via a package). The check will appear selected and show the below drop-down menus:

2. The client should select Application Method: Online Application (English language), and the Job Role required for that application and that candidate: (See below.)

3. At this stage, if you click Next to proceed to the next step, the system will allow you to do so without errors.
