Can Verifile help with overseas background checks?

This article walks you through:

• how to find out what overseas checks Verifile can offer
• how these can be requested
• how to request a new package or subaccount if needed

Please refer to the list of services on the Verifile website: Verifile - Services. 

Select the country you are interested in placing checks for from the drop-down menu.

Place an Order for the required checks

Use the Place Order or Place Order (Candidate Entry) option to start placing an order as usual.

When met with the list of available checks, use the Show by country drop down box on the left side of the screen to help narrow down the list of available services to the country you are interested in.

Alternatively, use the Search by check name box and begin typing the name of a check you wish to add (e.g. 'Sri Lanka Criminal Record Check').

Setting up a package for international checks:

If you require a package (an easily readily selectable, set combination of checks) to be set up for these checks, please contact Verifile with a list of the checks you require to be included within the package.

Our team will then be able to look further into this for you and will provide you with more details such as the cost of the package and ensure you are happy with it before setting it up for you on the Verifile Client Portal.

If you require a new subaccount on our system for that office, please let us know and we can create this for you.

Example scenario:

You would like a 'Spain Hires' package set up including  'Spain Criminal Record Check (convictions)', 'Spain Credit Check' and 'Spain Driver Abstract'.

By having this package created, you would be able to simply select the 'Spain Hires' package when placing an order to request all three of these checks.
