When uploading a .CSV to the File Upload Tool (verifileconnect.com), you may see the headers section has a few items within it.

The import screen highlights data inconsistencies; you'll need to correct them by dragging the correct File Headers onto the corresponding red-highlighted Expected Headers.

For example, Current last name > LastName.

These boxes correspond to the headers in the .CSV file supplied.

To recap: If your file differs from that supplied, drag the File Headers boxes to the appropriate Expected Headers boxes.

This is because of a differently formatted document to that which is expected. But you can match headings in your file.

We strongly recommend that you do not alter the headers of the CSV provided to you for this purpose
