When uploading a .CSV to the File Upload Tool, you may see the headers section has a few items within it.

The import screen will show any inconsistencies in your data and you may have to indicate which fields in the file are the correct ones by dragging the appropriate box in the top field (File Headers) to the bottom field (Expected Headers) onto the corresponding box highlighted red. For example, Current first name > First name.

These boxes correspond to the headers in the .CSV file supplied.

To recap: If your file differs from that supplied, drag File Headers boxes to the appropriate Expected Headers boxes.

This is because of a differently formatted document to that which is expected. But you can match headings in your file.

We strongly recommend that you do not alter the headers of the CSV provided to you for this purpose
