You can use one of the Single Sign-On options to log in or log in via your email address and a password.

Note: All files must be in .CSV format.

    1. From the main screen, select 'File Upload'.

    2. Select the appropriate file type to upload with the 'Select file upload' dropdown.

This might be a whole company file or an individual user account, e.g., "Candidate Order Import - Your Company", or "Candidate Order Import - Your Company- Joe Bloggs"

    3. Click 'Next'.

    4. Select Choose a .CSV File or Drag and Drop a .csv file here.

    5. Select your .CSV file form your file explorer to upoad and click 'Open'.

    6. The import screen will show any inconsistencies in your data and you may have to indicate which fields in the file are the correct ones by dragging the appropriate box in the top field to the bottom field onto the corresponding box highlighted red. For example, Current first name > First name.

These boxes correspond to the headers in the CSV file supplied.

To recap: If your file differs from that supplied, drag File Headers boxes to the appropriate Expected Headers boxes.

We strongly recommend that you do not alter the headers of the CSV provided to you for this purpose

    7. Click Import.

Success! You've uploaded the file.
