What is a CV Comparison Check?

A CV Comparison Check will compare the candidate’s CV to the activity they have supplied online to us.

Our team looks at key factors from the CV and identifies if there are any discrepancies between what the candidate has stated on the CV and the online form.

Activity means a period of work, volunteering, or another task mentioned on the CV.

Any discrepancies will be highlighted in the CV comparison check table and an appropriate traffic light will be allocated.

If the CV includes information relevant to the screening policy that the candidate has not provided when completing the online form, this will be added to the order so that it can be verified.

If the CV isn’t provided upon submission from yourselves (we do not accept the CV from the candidate) then this will be requested once. If this isn’t provided, then we cannot proceed with the check, and it will therefore be closed.
