I have received a final report for the same order twice. Will I now be charged twice?

In rare cases, you may receive a second email notification from our team which advises you that the final report has been issued again for one of your candidates.


Please note, this is because our team may have made an error and updated a check status as 'completed' incorrectly.

Once all checks on an order are completed, the final report is issued automatically. 


As there would only be 1 final report per candidate order, there would only be one charge.
