Verifile's process for completing Basic Disclosure Scotland checks

This article will provide you with further understanding regarding the process of Disclosure Scotland Basic level checks with Verifile.


Place order on the system for the candidate by following this link. Verifile | Login.

Once the order is placed, if you have selected the candidate entry option, your candidate will complete the form with the required information (5 year address history and personal details). 

Verifile require either you or your candidate to provide us with 2 documents in order to confirm the candidate's identity. One document must show their proof of identity and one document must show their proof of address. 

Both documents must show the candidates correct full legal name (including middle names), the proof of address must show the candidate's current address and be in date.

The enclosed document list is set out by the government and we are unable to accept documents that are not on this list.
