HOW TO PLACE CANDIDATE ENTRY ORDERS


1. To begin, click the white + symbol in the orange square.

HOW TO CREATE A CANDIDATE


1. To begin, click the white + symbol in the orange square.



2. Select Candidate.

4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.




HOW TO UPLOAD A CV TO A CANDIDATE APPLICATION


The contact is created at this point and opens in a new page.


1. From the menu bar, select CV >


CV


2. Click New from the Menu Bar >


New


3. From the upload screen, click Select or drop file here >


Select file


4. Locate and select the file from your browser containing the CV >

(Formats permitted include .doc, .docx, .txt, .rtf, .pdf, .wps, .odt) >


Select file
5. Click Open to complete the task >


6. Select Upload file >


CV Upload Complete

Congratulations, you've uploaded the candidates CV.




HOW TO ASSIGN A STAGE


The next step is to assign a Stage** that the application is at.


1. At the top of the screen (Blue Bar), click Live Vacancies >

2. Select the Job Role, e.g., Business Analyst (ID: 1045) >


Business Analyst


3. Click New >


New

4. Select the Vacancy, e.g., Business Analyst (ID: 1045) >


5. Select the candidate you've just created to assign to this role >


Choose vacancy, candidate & stage


6. Finally, choose the Stage, i.e., Verifile >


7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.




ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


It is possible to place another order if the original order fails. Error messages are shown to the user.

If an order isn’t placed due to errors, e.g., missing email address, then the issue can be corrected and the order can be tried again.

The custom fields must be filled in before placing the order.

These custom fields, which are for product-specific data, are located in the “Verifile” section of the “Vacancy”, at the bottom of the vacancy form page.

** Orders are automatically placed when the candidate reaches the “Verifile” stage. 

Orders are placed in batches of 25, with 30-second gaps between each, and are scheduled every 15 minutes. 



HOW TO CHECK 'VERIFILE’S' PROGRESS

Customer users can view a high-level status update on each candidate’s profile, including order status and also check statuses after candidate submission.

Status updates are in real time.

The check and order statuses displayed in Eploy are identical to those in the Verifile system. 

The order status is in the yellow box (see the example below).

FINAL REPORT

Customers retrieve the final report via the same URL link on the candidate profile. 

Customer users must have a Verifile system login to access the final report.

 

CANCELLING ORDERS

To cancel an order, please contact the Client Services Team via Live Chat, email services@verifile.co.uk, or telephone +44 (0) 1234 339 350.




CUSTOMER INTEGRATION & MAINTENANCE

The integration is built and maintained by Verifile.


To integrate with our systems, we'll need the following information:


  • Your company name must match that on our system.


We need the following from the customer or Eploy:


  • Eploy URL (web address)
  • Eploy Client ID
  • Eploy Client Secret

 

We also need:


  • The Verifile API key for the customer account
  • The Verifile Organisation ID for the customer account
