Note: Some users may not see the password box or Forgot password link. This is because they use a Single Sign On method of entry and a password is not needed.
How to reset your password
- Visit the Verifile website and click the Login button at the top right.

- Click the Forgot Password? link.

- Enter your Username and Email address on the next screen.

- Click Proceed. You'll receive an email with further instructions. Follow them to reset your password.
Note: Please enter the email address you used to access the client portal.
If copying and pasting your new password, make sure no spaces are included, as this can cause an error.
