Does Verifile provide an Imposter Check/Call?

An imposter check/video call is not something carried out by Verifile, as we do not meet with candidates virtually or in person.

The UK Right to Work check can be completed digitally, where the photo of the candidate is matched against the passport image provided, to prove the candidate has a legal right to work in the UK.

The candidate can also carry a UK Digital Identity Check out to confirm their own ID for a DBS criminal record check, removing the need for the client to meet with the candidate in person.

The responsibility of conducting an imposter check/call, however, would fall on the client, who would need to ensure that the individual beginning their employment is indeed the same person whom Verifile has completed its checks on.
