My candidate has not completed their Background Screening form

If an order has the status 'Awaiting candidate entry', this means the candidate has yet to finish completing their Background Screening Form.


Automatic reminders are sent to the candidate at set intervals, reminding them to complete their form and a final reminder is sent shortly before the deadline.

If the candidate doesn't finish the Background Screening Form on time, we'll cancel the order automatically.

We cannot reopen a cancelled order, so if we have cancelled the order, you'll need to place a new order for the candidate if you still require the checks.

You may wish to check that the email address provided to us is correct, to ensure the candidate has received their email. If a candidate has not received it, please contact us confirming the email address and ask us to reissue the login details.

If the order is due to cancel, but you require the deadline to be extended, please contact our Client Service Team on +44 (0) 1234 339 350 between 8:30am - 5:30pm UK time.

We will review the order and apply an extension for you, provided we have not yet cancelled the order. 

If your candidate has any difficulties or queries around completing their Background Screening Form, please advise them to call our candidate team on the dedicated candidate line +44 (0) 1234 339 300, so that they can assist the candidate and ask any follow-up questions needed to resolve the issue.
