Can you reissue my login details? / Can you reissue the Final Report?

We can resend any log in details to any registered user in our system. 

If you are unable to log in and are trying to reset your password, you can either request a new password, which is suggested when attempting to log in. 

• Access the Verifile website via https://www.verifile.co.uk.
• Select Login (Top Right).
  
  

• Select Forgot Password.
• Please enter your Username and E-mail address. We will send further instructions for resetting your password to your e-mail address.

Please note:  If you have Single Sign-On (SSO) set up then you would need to log in with email you used to set it up and the system will automatically log you in. 

Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials.

Can you reissue the Final Report?

Once the candidates order has been processed on our end the final report will be issued to the contact email agreed with the account manager and set up on the account. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to resend the final report. However, if you are unable to locate the final report, you can access a copy on the client portal for the specific candidate. 

    1. Log into the Verifile client portal. 

    2. Navigate to the 'Review Orders' section.

    3. Search for your candidate using their Name or Order Number (beginning with VF).

    4. Click on the VF number to open the order. 

    5. At the top of the order, you will see it says View Final Report. If you click this, it will open in a new tab, where you can save this to a PDF.
