How to return documents

This article will advise the client on returning documents for the candidate's background screening checks. 


In order to proceed with a candidate's background check, we may require some further information, in particular any supporting documents.

There are a few ways in which documents can be returned to Verifile.


1. Returning documents via Client Portal 

You as the client can log into the Client portal and upload them to any specific candidate's order. 

Please see the following steps regarding how to upload documents directly onto your candidate’s files via the Verifile client portal.

 

  1. First, go to ‘Review your orders’.
  2. Locate your candidate by searching via name or VF number – Select All and search.
  3. Then click on the ‘Order number’, e.g., VF12345.
  4. Click on ‘Choose file’ to upload documents.
  5. In the description box, write the name of the document, e.g., passport.
  6. Please ensure you click on ‘Upload

 

 

2. Both the candidate and client can email the documents to Verifile


As the client, you can return any documents to the Client Services Team by emailing to us at service@verifile.co.uk or the candidate can provide the missing information by contacting our Candidate Support team at hello@verifile.co.uk
